Bird & Wright, P.C was founded in 1898 in Fullerton, Nebraska. Beginning as Kemp & Brower, the firm later expanded beyond Nance County. In the late 1990's the firm established Albion as it's main office.

Mr. Wright is a native of Albion, Nebraska and graduated from Albion High School in 2000. He graduated from Chadron State College in 2004 with his Bachelor of Arts in General Business. He graduated from the University of Nebraska – College of Law in 2007 with his Juris Doctor. He returned to Albion and joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Wright became part-owner of the firm in 2008, which was then renamed to Bird & Wright, P.C..
Mr. Wright practices in many areas of the law with emphasis in Probate, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Creditor Collections. Mr. Wright also currently serves as City Attorney for the cities of Albion, Fullerton, Genoa and St. Edward. He also serves as Village Attorney for the villages of Monroe, Petersburg and Primrose. Mr. Wright is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, American Bar
Association, American Land Title Association and is an active supporter or various other entities.
Mr. Wright is married to his wife, Staci and they have a son, Xander. They reside in Albion. Outside of the office, Mr. Wright serves as a member of the Boone Central School Board. He enjoys spending time with his family and his hobbies.
